Users of service provided by Shopper will need to register to be able to place and/or receive orders on the platform.

For registration Shopper apps will ask for personal information from user. Shopper's ability to fulfill an order will depend on the correctness of the information provided. Therefore, user must keep this information up-to-date.

Access to the platform is available through a mobile app via the internet. Once a user has logged in on a device, any access to the platform via that device will be considered as being requested by that user.

Packaging designs of products that Shopper strives to deliver for the orders received may change from the time when it was added to Shopper's catalogue. Therefore, the images of products displayed on Shopper Baazaar app may not match the final products delivered to the user.

User should, upon receipt of delivery, check the items and make sure order has been fulfilled according to what was placed on the app. In case the delivery is partial or incorrect, user must return the whole shipment then and there and cancel the order. Since payment is after such confirmation, no case of refund will arise in such situations.

In cases where the user has accepted the order and has made the payment but then finds faults in order fulfillment, user may contact Shopper customer support via the contact page on the website. Such grievances will be addressed on case-by-case basis.

Shopper is a new service. These terms will evolve with time and usage. Shopper reserves the right to modify these terms.
